Position: Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect
Salary: Up to £110,000, £125k+ package

Adapt 365 have partnered with a Global Consultancy that is continuing to invest heavily in its Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. They are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to help deliver large-scale, enterprise CRM solutions across a range of industries.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of solution design, lead delivery teams, and work closely with stakeholders on complex transformation programmes.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and architecting end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned to business objectives
- Leading client workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design discussions
- Owning functional requirements, gap/fit analysis, and solution documentation
- Providing technical leadership across Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform
- Supporting pre-sales activity, including demos and proof-of-concepts
- Mentoring and developing junior consultants within the practice
What you’ll bring
- Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect or Lead Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Experience across the wider Microsoft stack, including Azure and Power Platform
- Proven consultancy background with strong client-facing skills
- Experience delivering enterprise solutions in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
