We’re working with a well-established US Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner on a confidential search for a D365 Finance Lead. They deliver using a global model — onshore for client engagement and solution design, offshore for build and documentation. They need a Finance Lead who thrives in that environment and knows how to get the best out of both sides.

THE ROLE
Â
You’ll own the finance workstream across multiple D365 F&O engagements. You’re the senior finance voice in the room — with clients, with stakeholders, and with the delivery team.
Â
• Lead the finance solution across D365 F&O implementations — GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting
• Run client-facing workshops and design sessions at senior level
• Engage directly with CFOs and project sponsors — you own those relationships
• Bring enough SCM awareness to hold your own in a broader solution conversation
• Manage the interface between onshore client engagement and offshore delivery
• Contribute to pre-sales — demos, proposals, solution design
• Support the growth of the finance practice over time

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong hands-on D365 F&O Finance experience — this is non-negotiable
• GL, AP, AR, FA — you need to know these modules cold
• SCM awareness — enough to present credibly alongside an SA
• Proven C-suite engagement — CFOs, MDs, project sponsors
• Experience working within a global or offshore delivery model
• Long-term US based — cultural fit and US business experience matters
• No H1B or L1 sponsorship available
