Account Receivables Coordinator
We are looking for an Account Receivables Coordinator, to work in a busy Accounts department. You will work closely with the finance and accounts team, and you will be responsible for the creation of purchase orders . They are transitioning to Dynamics so use of this software package is also very beneficial.
- Work closely with the Finance and Account team to create PO’s
- Ideally have experience in a large multinational organisation
- Manage weekly payment schedule
- Set up new vendors
- Be in touch with vendors for any queries
- Organise paperwork and invoices
- Have experience working with Excel
- Working with either Oracle, Sage, Dynamics financial software packages.
